Quick Access to SEO Reports…

Site Indexation Report - This shows how many times it appears in search engines

Inbound Links - Site links coming into the site that the search engines know about.

Challenge Rankings - Here is a ranking report for the chanllenge

Basic Rankings - These are sometime difficult.  Agent name real estate, dot com name and more.

Arizona Rankings - Much more difficult market because it is so broad.

Benson Rankings - More targeted keywords for this agents market area.

Okay.  I am going to prove to you and myself that I know how to get sites to number one positions.  No ads, no ad placement results, just straight up natural search engine rankings for various keywords in the market area.

Website… www.arizonahomepix.com for John Hurbon.  He has no idea i am doing this with his site.

Current Stats in major search engines.

First report is the amount of pages each search engine has indexed.  This is really important because the more you have the better.  Watch these numbers grow it will be a drastic change soon.

Number Indexed: Let’s Compare it against his office site. it has as of 7-10-2008 512 in Google, 15 Ask, 81 Yahoo, 227 MSN.

Indexation may be the most important thing.  The more pages you can get in the search engines…the easier it is to find.  Watch these numbers jump and compare them with sites that have been around longer.  This is the fun report.  See how many more you can add daily.

In my market areas I have incredible search engine rankings for clients on my marketing program.  This consists of a site developed by me that caters to search engines and how they like the data formated.   It all starts with the coding and design and moves on to the marketing support in formats the search engines require.  Search “Twin Falls Real Estate” in www.google.com and you will find the top three sites are sites designed and marketed by me.  There are others on the following pages created by me that are moving up to the first page shortly.  To do this you need the right formats, sites, data, feeds, and proper wording and special features throughout the site  to achieve this. 

This is what I do with real estate sites with marketing support.  There are extras that need to be done on a regular basis to achieve powerful search engine rankings.  Check out the “Twin Falls Real Estate” at www.google.com search and notice that with number one preference and being a favorite site of google and the public they get the additional links below the site.

Please make sure that you are using someone from this site that is licensed. 

In the state of Idaho there are major penaties and fines and jail time for building homes and doing construction and selling real estate without a license.  Just like other states.  Nearly every state has the same features on their state websites by now so you can investigate.

In some cases you might want to verify that their license hasn’t been expired or worse revoked.

Be smart with your money and use a real estate professional affiliated with a reputable company with all the proper training and license needed to do a professional job.  And as far as home builders and construction companies go.. Get local references and verify.

AND MAKE SURE THEY HAVE INSURANCE.  Licensed professionals carry E&O insurance and more.

Anyone out there using RETS?

Having problems getting a client set up to communicate with the remote servers?

I need some help and want to find an easy solution to the growing problem of no real instructions and examples of this new technology that is used by many associations.

If you are in need of the same solution or have questions I may be able to help. Or we can help each other develop the things needed to quickly set up the RETS client on computers.

I have been working on it for a bit and there is a real lack of resources and examples of how to use it and implement it. 

There are good things about it and it is being forced on us no matter what so it needs a quick and easy solution quick for real time data integration into sites and software applications that run online.

I need some help.  Anyone? Anyone? lol

There is more to www.youtube.com than putting videos on your sites and blogs about yourself or your properties.  Why not sell the community?  Why would someone want to live in your area?  You may bring in more people to the community than your local chamber, so… Why not work with your chamber and help them promote the community.  Get permissison to use their resources and videos.

Nearly all the sites now created by www.my-mlsonline.com have video integration with youtube, google, metacafe, and more. There are example sites on the home page that show how the videos are displayed.  Quite unique from other real estate sites.

Adding and removing videos by you is really easy with the control panel in the system administration.  You simply copy and paste the info into the form and you are done.  The system will do the rest for you, and link up your vid from major video hosting services and put them on your site
