• Price starts at $899 one time set up fee to set up your website design. This includes one hour of additional graphics design and design changes prior to Final Approval. Additional hours can be purchased at $85 p/hour for any and all changes until final approval. Upon final approval any changes, add ons or upgrades by your request will be billed out at $85 p/hour.   • Lead Archives - We collect the leads in our database and save the information for you. You are notified by us via email that you have a new lead or you can go into your control panel and look for new ones anytime you want. They are tagged when they are sent from the customer with the time and date down to the second. Then we also track when we send you the information via email.
  • Website Membership - This is the cool deal. When someone subscribes to your website they are prompted to choose an agent to work with. We then lock them in with the one agent and push that customer to that agents site every time they login. They can save properties to their favorites and create a list of property they want you to take them to see in person. This module is improved on a monthly or weekly basis.
  • Client Management - Each agent has their own area of the website that is totally devoted to them. Their clients can sign up and login to save favorites and properties they want you to research for them.   • Buy a Copy of your core site - ($10,000) If you wish to have a copy of our core search structure for your site that you can take with you and have your developer make changes as they see fit. This includes the files used to create your site, databases, structure, and a quick explanation of how the website is created and can be changed. This does not include our master control panels or other systems, only the files that concern your site and the ability to update the content via online control panels. We will set it up on your servers with your databases and import all the data structures. PHP mySQL formats. Dreamweaver 8 template file for easy sitewide web site changes. You are then responsible for downloading new data and uploading it into your databases and uploading new photos and maintaining your system totally on your own. This copy can be used by your office only and cannot be duplicated or resold to outside offices or entities. Okay for agent sites.

Enter the ad as it needs to appear in the paper, magazine etc and click save. Full list of ads by date, mls# and more. This system is growing almost weekly with features.
  • Documents for Clients (Comming Soon)- upload documents and messages to your clients custom home pages and get them the information they really need.
